What’s Not Included:

• Your round-trip airfare from home to Port of Spain International Airport (POS).
• Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (Strongly recommended)
• Souvenirs, phone calls, personal items, etc.
• Any meals or transportation costs you incur outside of the scheduled retreat time period.
• If you come early or stay longer in Trinidad and Tobago, that is not included in our trip, however we can offer recommendations to help you plan!
• Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.
• Any extra tips you’d like to give our staff along the way.

Cancellation Policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration.  This means any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 deposit.  Any cancellation made prior to Jan 2^nd will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.  Any cancellation made between January 2^nd and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).  Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Common options chosen by clients include Wanderwell Insurance Company or Travel Guard Insurance Online and you can choose from several policy options. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
